Must have completed a 120-hour course in the use of computers, including office productivity or desktop publishing applications, from a government-recognized or ISO-certified institution. OR Possess an ‘O’ level certificate in Computer Information Technology from DOEACC, Government of India.
Must have passed the matriculation examination with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject.

PSSSB Excise Inspector Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process includes:
Written Examination:
Part A: Punjabi language paper of matriculation standard (qualifying in nature with a minimum of 50% marks required).
Part B: Objective-type test based on educational qualifications relevant to the post.
Merit List:
Based on scores obtained in Part B of the written test. Scores from Part A will not be considered in the final merit calculation.
