 SJVN Limited, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has released the official notification Advt. No. 124/2025 for the recruitment of Workman Trainees in various disciplines. A total of 87 vacancies are available, and only candidates who are domiciles of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply.

The online application process will begin on 22nd September 2025 (11:00 AM onwards), and the last date to submit the online form is 13th October 2025 (6:00 PM). Selected candidates will undergo one year of training and will be placed in a pay scale starting at ₹21,500/- plus allowances.

• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 13.10.2025)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST – 5 years

• For Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Welder, Storekeeper, Surveyor:
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
• For Assistant (Accounts), Assistant, Driver:
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) + Trade Test.
• CBT Exam Pattern:
  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • Total Questions: 100 (MCQ)
  • Sections:
    • Section I: 80 Questions (Discipline/Subject)
    • Section II: 20 Questions (Reasoning, Aptitude, English, GK)
  • Language: English & Hindi
  • Marking: +1 per correct answer, no negative marking
