No. 122/2025) for the recruitment of 114 Executive Trainees in various disciplines including Engineering, HR, Finance, Law, IT, Geology, and Environment.

SJVN Executive Trainee Recruitment -2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a three-stage process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 75% weightage
2. Group Discussion (GD) – 10% weightage
3. Personal Interview – 15% weightage

Candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks in CBT will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio for GD/PI.
