SAIL Management Trainee 2025 Age Limit
The upper age limit is 28 years as on 05 December 2025.

SAIL Management Trainee 2025 Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Interview
Candidates are required to clear both sections of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) with the prescribed percentile in order to be shortlisted for the Group Discussion (GD) and Interview, following a 1:3 ratio.
The final selection will be determined based on the following weightage:
- CBT: 75%
- Group Discussion (GD): 10%
- Interview: 15%
