RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment 2024
The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Southern Railway (SR) has released the notification for the recruitment of 2438 apprentices for the year 2024-25. The RRC SR Apprentice 2024 Notification is released on 22 July 2024 and the online applications are invited from 22 July to 12 August 2024. The eligible candidates can apply online for the RRC SR Apprentice Vacancy 2024 from sr.indianrailways.gov.in.

The RRC SR Apprentice 2024 notification pdf is released on 22 July 2024 and the online application forms are accepted from 22 July 2024, at 10:00 am to 12 August 2024, up to 05:00 pm. The Merit List and Document Verification (DV) dates will be notified later by the Southern Railway.

The application fee of Rs. 100/- is required to be paid to apply for the RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment -2024. The candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwBD categories and female candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The application fee will be paid online.
The age limit to apply for the RRC SR Apprentice -2024 is 15 to 22/24 years for Freshers/ Ex-ITI, and MLT respectively. The crucial date for the calculation of the age limit is 22 July 2024. The upper age is relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, and 10 years for persons with disability (PwBD).

The selection process for the RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be done directly on the merit basis of the qualifying exam. For the ITI apprentices, the merit list will be prepared based on 10th class marks and ITI marks with equal weightage to both. The candidates will be called for document verification after the display of the RRC SR Apprentice Merit List 2024.
