Educational Qualification

• A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
• Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR, or a similar test accredited by UGC, like SLET/SET.
• Ph.D. degree holders are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.

Age Limit (as of 01.07.2025)

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 40 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Rajasthan government norms.

RPSC Assistant Professor (College Education) Recruitment -2024 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

1. Written Examination:
   • Paper I: Subject-Specific (75 Marks, 3 hours)
   • Paper II: Subject-Specific (75 Marks, 3 hours)
   • Paper III: General Studies of Rajasthan (50 Marks, 2 hours)
2. Interview:
   • Carries 24 marks.
   • Candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks in the written exam (as decided by RPSC) will be shortlisted for the interview.
3. Final Merit List:
   • Based on the combined scores of the written exam and interview.
