Must be a citizen of India
Must be an Advocate with minimum 7 years continuous practice
Must be an Income Tax assessee for 3 years with:
Rs 5 Lakh/year gross income for General category
Rs 3 Lakh/year for SC/BC/EWS/PwBD
Must have handled:
50 cases/year for General category
40 cases/year for reserved categories (past 3 years)
Passed Matric with Punjabi as a subject
