NSPCL Assistant Officer Recruitment -2025 Selection Process

The selection process includes:

1. All-India Online Test
   • Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
   • Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)
   • Candidates must qualify both tests separately
2. Personal Interview
   • Minimum qualifying marks required

Final selection will be based on:

• 85% weightage to Online Test
• 15% weightage to Interview
