  Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna Company and a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released a recruitment notification (Advt. No. NCL/HQ/PD/Manpower/DR/2025-26/65) inviting online applications for 200 Technician posts. The vacancies are for Fitter, Electrician, and Welder Trainee positions across its Mines/Establishments in Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh and Sonbhadra District of Uttar Pradesh.

NCL Technician Recruitment -2025 Age Limit

The age limit is 18 to 30 years as on 10 May 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD (UR): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (Max 50 years for reserved categories)
• No upper age limit for departmental candidates

NCL Technician Recruitment -2025 Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 100 marks (90 minutes)
2. Document Verification
3. Medical Examination

CBT will consist of:

• Section A: 70 MCQs (Technical knowledge)
• Section B: 30 MCQs (GK, Reasoning, Aptitude)
