Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) in relevant fields with at least 60% marks OR CGPA 6.5/10.

Research Associate (RA-I): Ph.D. in relevant field OR M.E/M.Tech with 3 years research experience and at least one SCI publication.

• Microelectronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Power Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Digital Electronics, RF & Microwave Engineering, VLSI, Optical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Science, etc.

ISRO JRF Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

The maximum age limit as of 20th April 2025 is:

• JRF: 28 years
• RA-I: 35 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (NCL): 3 years
