IBPS SO Recruitment 2025
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for CRP SPL-XV to recruit Specialist Officers (SO) in various participating public sector banks for the year 2026–27. The IBPS SO Recruitment 2025 offers an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring to work as officers in specialist roles such as IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Law Officer, HR Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, and Marketing Officer.
The online application process will be active from 1st July 2025 to 21st July 2025. The recruitment process will consist of a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. The selected candidates will be provisionally allotted to participating banks across India.

Applicants must be aged between 20 to 30 years as on 01 July 2025, i.e., born between 02 July 1995 to 01 July 2005 (both dates inclusive).
The selection process comprises:
Candidates have to qualify each stage. Final selection is based on performance in the Main Exam and Interview in a ratio of 80:20.
