Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:
  • Maximum: 25 years

• Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

HPCL Junior Executive Officer Recruitment -2025 Selection Process

The selection process consists of multiple stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
   • Two parts: General Aptitude and Technical Knowledge.
   • General Aptitude includes English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
   • Technical Knowledge will be specific to the discipline.
2. Group Task/Group Discussion and Skill Test:
   • Candidates qualifying in the CBT will be shortlisted for the next stages.
3. Personal Interview:
   • Final selection will be based on performance in the CBT, group activities, and the interview.
4. Pre-Employment Medical Examination:
   • Candidates will need to meet HPCL’s medical standards.
