Engaged Junior Technicians will receive the following monthly remuneration:

• Basic Pay: Rs 21,000/-
• Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): As applicable
• Special Allowance: @ 5% of Basic Pay
• Annual Increment: 3% on basic pay after successful completion of the previous tenure.
• Other Allowances: An amount of Rs 3000 per month for medical, insurance, conveyance, etc.
