The District and Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, has announced a recruitment drive for Stenographer Grade-III (English) on an adhoc basis. Applications are invited to fill 08 vacancies in the Fatehabad District Court. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹25,500/- per month, and the appointment will be for a period of six months or until regular appointments are made. Fatehabad Court Stenographer Recruitment 2024 Notification has been released on 10 December 2024 and the last dte to apply is 24 December 2024.
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or equivalent from a recognized university.
Shorthand Test: Speed of 80 words per minute (WPM) in English shorthand and 20 WPM in transcription on a computer.
Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2024)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 42 years
Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.
Fatehabad Court Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Shorthand Test:
Candidates must qualify for the English shorthand test and transcription.
Proficiency Test in Computers:
Shortlisted candidates from the shorthand test will undergo a computer proficiency test.

Attach Documents:
Self-attested photocopies of:

Passport-size colored photograph (attested by a Gazetted Officer)
Submit the Application:
Send the completed application in a sealed envelope with the superscription: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III (ENGLISH) ON ADHOC BASIS”

Applications must reach the office by 5:00 PM on 24th December 2024 through Post/ Courier/ By Hand. Late applications will not be entertained.
Incomplete or improperly filled applications will be rejected without any communication.
Candidates must bring their identity proof during the stenography test.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test.
The schedule for the shorthand/ type test will be uploaded on the official website after 24th December 2024.
