• Selection will be based on the Merit List of Non-Recommended Candidates of UPSC ESE 2022 & 2023.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification/interview.
• Only OBC (Delhi-NCL) candidates with valid caste certificate issued by GNCTD are eligible.
• Candidates already appointed in OBC (Delhi) reserved posts in DPCC are not eligible to apply.
