The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Southern Railway (SR) has released the notification for the recruitment of 2438 apprentices for the year 2024-25. RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment -2024 Application Fees
The application fee of Rs. 100/- is required to be paid to apply for the RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment -2024. The candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwBD categories and female candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The application fee will be paid online.
RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment -2024 Age Limit
The age limit to apply for the RRC SR Apprentice -2024 is 15 to 22/24 years for Freshers/ Ex-ITI, and MLT respectively. The crucial date for the calculation of the age limit is 22 July 2024. The upper age is relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, and 10 years for persons with disability (PwBD).

RRC SR Apprentice 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for the RRC SR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be done directly on the merit basis of the qualifying exam. For the ITI apprentices, the merit list will be prepared based on 10th class marks and ITI marks with equal weightage to both.
