BDL Recruitment 2025
Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Miniratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released its official notification Advt. No. BDL/C-HR (TA & CP)/2025-3 dated 15 July 2025 for 212 contractual vacancies. The recruitment drive invites online applications for Trainee Engineer, Trainee Officer, Trainee Diploma Assistant, and Trainee Assistant posts across multiple disciplines.

BDL Recruitment- 2025 Age Limit
As on 10 August 2025, the upper age limit is 28 years for UR/EWS. Relaxations are applicable:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional)
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (with conditions)
- J&K domicile (1980-89): 5 years
BDL Recruitment -2025 Selection Process
The selection will be done in two stages:
- Written Test (CBoT) – 120 MCQs, 2 hours duration:
- 100 Questions: Discipline-specific
- 20 Questions: General Aptitude
- Interview – Only shortlisted candidates (1:7 or max 1:10) will be called.
- Written Test: 85% weightage
- Interview: 15% weightage
- Qualifying Marks:
- UR: 50%
- OBC/SC/ST/PwBD: 40% (for reserved posts)
