Chandigarh Judicial Academy has released an official notification for the recruitment of Multi Utility Staff (Peon/Chowkidar/Hostel Attendant) for the year 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 5 regular vacancies under Group D category. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications in offline mode using the prescribed format available on the Academy’s official website www.cja.gov.in.

The last date to submit the duly filled application form, along with all necessary documents and application fee, is 13 August 2025 (up to 5:00 PM). The final selection will be based on performance in the Interview, which will be conducted only for shortlisted candidates.

1. Shortlisting: Based on number of applications, a screening test may be conducted. Marks of this test will not be considered for final merit.
2. Interview:
   • Total Marks: 50
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
   • Merit list will be prepared based on interview performance.

A waiting list may be prepared and will remain valid for six months.
