SIDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment- 2025 Selection Process
Selection will be done through:
- Phase I: Online Screening Test (Objective – 200 marks)
- Phase II: Online Main Exam (Objective + Descriptive – 150 marks)
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks)
A Psychometric Test may also be conducted before the interview round.
